What Happens

You will be one of around 12 business leaders.  In this session, you will be evaluating the growth-readiness of our organisations against eight specific criteria critical to growth. 

You'll also have a chance to explore some of the main challenges you face right now and we'll use some of the techniques used during the programme to give you a flavour of how it works.

You can join us any time from 09:00 for pastries, coffee and networking, but the session will start promptly at 09:30, finishes at 12:00 with a 15-minute coffee break in between.
