The Scale Group exists to assist business leaders in the creative, tech, digital and software space to achieve extraordinary results.
They say starting a business is like jumping off a cliff and building an aeroplane on the way down. Most don't manage it. A few do. Congratulations, you are one of the few. You built your aeroplane in time. It flew and then it gained height.
You survived the start-up phase, and you've grown your business to a point where it can reliably make money. That wasn't easy. You deserve credit for that. Nobody except another entrepreneur knows what that took. The sacrifice, the gut-wrenching worry, the lost sleep, lost weekends and often the loneliness and isolation that went with it. Now you have an established business and the scars to prove it!

Admittance isn't guaranteed for several reasons. The most important is that we run non-competing groups, which means that we have a waiting list running at any time.
Having members from non-competing businesses means that members can talk in confidence about their challenges, problems and issues. We also find that members often do business, collaborate on projects and share intelligence about opportunities and talent. This means that should you apply, and be accepted, it could be several weeks until we can find a place in a group for you.
