The Place for Digtal and Tech CEOs
Running a small business is demanding, with a steady stream of challenges to distract you from achieving your business goals. It can be lonely, stressful and hard to know what the best decisions are.
A Growth Group gives you the space and time to work on your broader business plans, beyond the day-to-day, with people in the same position, who know exactly what you’re going through.
How It Works
Each group is led by an experienced facilitator and a successful entrepreneur, who provide a mixture of workshop and peer group discussion, for up-to10 participants, once a month.
These workshops explain how to build better, long-term structures and processes which give you better control over running a business.Meanwhile the discussions let you resolve the challenges you’re facing right there and then.
The combination of an entrepreneur’s in-depth experience plus the broad knowledge of a multi-skilled peer board means that in every session, you’ll gain fresh insights and penetrating observations to sort out the issues that are hindering progress.
Our Approach
While plenty of information exists telling leaders what to do, outside of hiring an expensive business consultant, there’s precious little support showing exactly how to do it.
Our workshops describe best practice across a range of business topics (see a list below), but this is not just theoretical. We provide workbooks, which assess your own progress so far, and detailed instructions about how to adopt them into your business.
You’ll also have access one-to-one sessions with the group leaders to answer questions and keep things clear.
Holding you accountable
In each session, you’ll identify tasks for the month ahead, plus you’ll have some actions to apply from the workshops. But it’s easy to let these things slip when you get back to the office and open up your emails... Who will hold you to account if you don’t complete them?
Well, we will
First, we’ll give you a frameworks to make it easier to stay on top of your tasks and then, each month, we’ll check your progress. If things aren’t getting completed, we’ll explore why and make sure you feel confident about getting it done for next time.

Being a part of Growth Leaders has been an incredible and enjoyable experience... we now have a clear roadmap for success and are confident we will continue to grow and thrive in the years to come. Additionally, the camaraderie within the group has been a huge asset. Learning from other members and sharing ideas has been truly inspiring and has helped us to think creatively and push the boundaries of what we thought was possible.

…Growth Leaders has been hugely influential in the positive growth and health of the business, and myself too. Beyond learning practical and useful business skills, being a part of an incredible peer group has been motivating and empowering. It has been a great opportunity to learn, share and help with the challenges of growing an agency…

…The Growth Leaders programme has provided real value to my business in areas I didn't expect. Pushing me to review the basics around what we charge and realising that we aren't charging enough was an insight that I wasn't expecting going into this. The facilitated ‘Issues’ sessions within the peer group dynamic is a fantastic opportunity to air and discuss challenges - and has become something I look forward to every month...
Commitment
People usually join a Growth Group for knowledge, guidance and accountability. Vital as this is, frequently, it’s the group dynamics that prove inspirational and keep people coming back. Each month, a member is led through a process of discovery, where the group explores their business in-depth. The outcomes are pivotal and unlock dramatic progress.
So we ask all members to make a 12-month commitment when they join a Growth Group, so everyone has a chance to go through this journey fully-supported by the others. Happily, an extra benefit is that members develop strong levels of trust and build connections that will stay in place and support each other for many, many years.
What’s covered?
A Growth Group is aimed at leaders running a digital, tech or creative business with a turnover (generally) below £1.5m. The focus is to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to define and execute a strategy, create differentiation, be profitable, attract and keep the best people, and withstand turbulent trading periods.
All that - and keep your mental health and relationships intact.
