Purpose
We are here to help entrepreneurs in the digital, creative, software and technology space to sleep better and dream bigger. We want business leaders to have more fun and endure way less stress as they grow.
We support ambitious leaders to build great businesses. by providing the inspiration, knowledge and tools they need. We help leaders create, communicate and achieve goals with confidence and clarity.
We believe in business as a force for good. We are committed to doing business ethically, fairly and sustainably and will actively endeavour to ensure the people and organisations we work with share the same goals.
The Founders
Anthony Story
Anthony founded and grew a £1M, award-winning digital agency, which he exited in 2012. This built on skills gained through a varied career in digital, film, events, brand, marketing and theatre. He’s produced multiple digital platforms, videos, marketing and brand strategies. He has authored two volumes of the "One Thing I Know" business books, hosted the 10th Degree Podcast and established the Silicon South business network in Dorset.
Over the past 10 years, he’s delivered a wide array of business support programmes, and digital accelerators, working with over 150 digital, creative and tech businesses to help them adopt strategies for growth and development.
Sarah Cullen
Sarah co-founded the digital agency, Refreshed, in 2003. During her time as Director, Refreshed, grew from a team of 2 people to a national agency with offices in Reigate, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bournemouth with a turnover of circa. £2M+. Clients included NHS, BBC Radio 1, Cunard, P&O Cruises & Lush Cosmetics.
Refreshed was eventually acquired by one of the UK’s leading independent media groups in 2011 and Sarah exited in 2013.
Sarah now works as Consultant or Non-Executive Director for digital agencies and tech startups and is an Entrepreneur in Residence for Future Worlds – the tech accelerator at the University of Southampton.
Paul Tansey
Paul Tansey is a founder of the Intergage Group and Chair of the Board of Trustees for the MYTIME charity for young carers. Until 2022 he served on the board of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he became President in 2018.
After a highly successful sales career in IT, software and digital, Paul started his career with Intergage as Sales Director in 2003 and became Managing Director three years later, winning the Wow! Entrepreneur of the Year award shortly afterwards.
After 20 years of service as Sales Director and Managing Director, Paul has stepped away from the day-to-day management of the Intergage businesses.
